About the role

CAREHUB Global Home Hospitalization Group is seeking an experienced Regional Nursing Manager to lead nursing operations across the region, ensuring safe, high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional nursing operations to ensure quality patient care.
• Drive clinical excellence and maintain high standards of nursing services.
• Monitor nursing performance, KPIs and operational effectiveness.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies for healthcare delivery.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, quality requirements and patient safety practices.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to nursing teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (essential).
• Minimum 10 years of nursing leadership or management experience in hospital or home‑healthcare settings.
• Valid Nursing Practice License.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive performance improvement.
