Regional Sales Director – Thermal Data Centre Solutions (EMEA)

About the role

The Regional Sales Director (Thermal) for EMEA Data Centre Solutions will lead the sales strategy across the region, focusing on key data‑centre customers such as hyperscalers and colocation providers. Reporting within a global POD structure, the role manages a team of technical sales specialists to deliver tailored thermal solutions that meet complex data‑centre requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer‑based sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
• Forecast, manage and report sales performance, ensuring alignment with GSAM and Silent Aire leadership.
• Oversee team capability development, technical solution leadership and high‑quality customer engagement.
• Accountable for secured growth, profitability, demand planning and accurate forecasting.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, support negotiations and drive long‑term account expansion.
• Collaborate with Global Products, Operations, Service, Marketing, Finance and Portfolio teams to ensure successful solution delivery and competitive positioning.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and change‑management experience with a track record of guiding teams through transformation and growth.
• Extensive experience in the thermal industry with strong technical and commercial understanding.
• Deep knowledge of the data‑centre ecosystem, including hands‑on experience with hyperscalers and colocation providers.
