Regional Sales Manager

About the role

De Nora, a global leader in electrochemical technologies, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own commercial activities across the Middle East. You will drive sales strategy, build pipelines, and manage relationships with EPCs, end‑users, and key industry stakeholders in municipal, industrial, oil & gas, offshore, desalination and wastewater markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the sales strategy for the Middle East, achieving order‑intake, margin and KPI targets.
• Act as the regional focal point for major international EPCs, maintaining framework agreements and linking EPCs with local country owners.
• Promote electrochlorination and water‑treatment solutions to NOCs, operators and industrial clients, leading technically complex bids.
• Identify opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate contracts and ensure smooth hand‑over to delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline using Salesforce.
• Coordinate tender, proposal and contract activities with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance).
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and project pipelines to uncover portfolio‑expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in the water disinfection industry.
• Strong network and deep market knowledge of the Middle East.
• Proven track record in business development, strategic sales and project‑based business.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with EPCs, end‑users and key stakeholders.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM proficiency.
