Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales activities for Veridos identity solutions across the Middle East and Africa, focusing on both existing accounts and new business opportunities in the UAE, Kenya, South Sudan, Rwanda and Tanzania. The role involves defining and executing a regional sales and marketing strategy to meet revenue, volume and market‑share targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a regional sales and marketing plan for Veridos products and services.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new customers and projects in the assigned countries.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular visits and market intelligence.
• Manage the sales pipeline, tender preparation, order processing and project implementation.
• Build and oversee a regional sales and operations team, including partners and distributors.
• Collaborate with business lines to qualify opportunities and support bid decisions.
• Monitor sales performance against targets for turnover, order income, volume and working capital.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in security, identity or government solutions.
• Experience managing sales activities across multiple countries in the Middle East and Africa.
• Strong ability to travel frequently to customer sites and regional events.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on customer intimacy.
• Capability to lead and develop a regional sales team and partner network.
