Regional Sales Manager

About the role

WegoPro, part of the Wego Group, is a business‑travel platform that modernises corporate travel and expense management. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the KSA market, managing the full sales cycle for corporate travel and SaaS solutions, and shaping commercial strategy through market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and close new corporate travel opportunities through direct outreach, networking and partner channels.
• Own the complete sales process – qualification, needs analysis, demos, negotiation and closing.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute action plans aligned with sales leadership.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the territory, market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Manage complex sales cycles for travel‑tech, e‑commerce and marketing SaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximise business development effectiveness.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Travel to customer locations as required and provide structured market feedback.

Required profile

• Full proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken, read, written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years experience selling corporate travel solutions (travel‑tech preferred).
• 3+ years experience selling SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record of developing new accounts and building long‑term client relationships.
• Metrics‑driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
