Registered Midwife – Dubai

About the role

Mediclinic Middle East is seeking a Registered Midwife to join its Parkview Hospital in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centred, evidence‑based midwifery care across the antenatal, intrapartum and postpartum continuum.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care to antenatal, intrapartum, postpartum women and newborns in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies and legislation.
• Promote positive patient and family experiences by creating a supportive environment.
• Document all nursing interventions accurately according to company standards and legal requirements.
• Supervise, mentor and coach junior staff and learners to build competence.
• Manage stock and equipment efficiently following Mediclinic guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Midwifery.
• Minimum two years recent experience in a labour and delivery unit.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of patient safety standards.
