Registered Nurse – DOH Licensed (Full‑Time)

About the role

A DOH‑licensed Registered Nurse is required to deliver safe, compassionate, evidence‑based care to patients at the Czech Rehabilitation Hospital in Abu Dhabi. The role involves comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, clinical monitoring and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychological and clinical needs and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
• Provide direct patient care while maintaining safety, dignity, privacy and comfort.
• Monitor and document vital signs, patient condition, clinical observations and treatment responses.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, injections and other prescribed treatments accurately.
• Perform nursing procedures in line with approved clinical standards and facility protocols.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and promptly escalate concerns to physicians or senior staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with examinations, procedures and treatments.
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans, disease management and discharge instructions.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures, including appropriate use of PPE and safe handling of clinical waste.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid DOH Registered Nurse license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications may be required depending on the clinical area.
• Relevant clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and clinical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Commitment to patient safety, infection control and professional nursing standards.
