About the role

Berry Hill Polyclinic in Al Rigga, Dubai, is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to join its multidisciplinary team. The role involves delivering direct patient care across several specialties, ensuring safety, comfort, and high‑quality clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, record vital signs, and administer medications.
• Provide wound care, support during medical procedures, and basic life support as needed.
• Prepare treatment rooms and coordinate workflow with physicians and allied health staff.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication use, and preventive health measures.
• Maintain strict infection‑control and safety protocols throughout the clinic.
• Assist with triage, appointment scheduling, and overall clinic operations.

Required profile

• Valid UAE nursing license and a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Experience in outpatient or clinic settings, preferably in general practice, family medicine, dermatology, gynecology, or dental support.
• Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Fluency in English; additional local languages are a plus.
