Registered Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at New Sunny Medical Center Rolla in Sharjah. You will deliver high‑quality patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Perform systematic patient assessments, record vital signs, and identify nursing diagnoses.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and allied health professionals.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Provide wound‑care management and assist with invasive and non‑invasive procedures.
• Educate patients and the public on health conditions and promote a safe environment.
• Facilitate safe admission, transfer, and discharge processes.

Required profile

• Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse with the relevant health authority.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work across departments as needed.
• Desirable: experience working in an inter‑professional team, proficiency with electronic medical record systems, and basic Arabic communication skills.
