About the role

Reem Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join its multidisciplinary teams across the Outpatient Department, Intensive Care Unit, and Long‑Term Care Unit. The role involves delivering high‑quality, patient‑focused care in a fast‑moving hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence‑based nursing care in line with hospital policies and international best practices.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions, promptly reporting any changes to the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
• Maintain complete and timely documentation of all patient interactions.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health‑management strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals and nursing colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Adhere to infection‑control, patient‑safety and quality‑assurance standards at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid DOH license or eligibility letter.
• Previous nursing experience in OPD, ICU or long‑term/rehabilitation care.
• Strong clinical, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care.
