Registered Nurse - OBGYN

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology to join our multidisciplinary team at Speciality Hospital Dubai. The role focuses on delivering safe, compassionate, and individualized care to women throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to obstetric and gynecological patients, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation.
• Assist physicians and midwives during deliveries, surgical procedures, and examinations.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and perform routine clinical procedures in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families on prenatal care, postpartum recovery, and health promotion.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with safety and infection‑control standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification with current NMC registration.
• Experience in obstetrics and gynecology nursing preferred.
• Strong commitment to patient advocacy, safety, and ethical practice.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
