Registered Nurse – Operating Theatre (Arabic/Tagalog) – Dubai Festival City

About the role

Al-Futtaim Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Operating Theatre team at Dubai Festival City. The role involves delivering high‑quality peri‑operative care to patients before, during and after surgery, while collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthetists and multidisciplinary staff.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms, equipment, instruments and supplies for each surgical procedure.
• Provide comprehensive peri‑operative nursing care in line with DHA and Al‑Futtaim Health standards.
• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during operations and monitor patients throughout the procedure.
• Maintain a sterile environment and follow infection‑control protocols at all times.
• Complete and document surgical safety checklists and patient assessments accurately.
• Manage theatre stock, equipment and consumables efficiently.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and participate in quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic or Tagalog.
• Current DHA Registered Nurse license or eligibility letter.
• Minimum 24 months of peri‑operative nursing experience.
• Valid BLS certification.

Required skills

• Proficiency in electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
• Knowledge of peri‑operative nursing practices.
• Understanding of infection prevention and patient safety standards.
