Regulatory Affairs Associate – Pharmaceutical (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Our client, a leading multinational pharmaceutical and healthcare organization, is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Associate to support regulatory compliance across the Gulf region. The role focuses on product registrations, license maintenance, and regulatory submissions, ensuring all activities meet local requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support new product registrations, line extensions, and new indication submissions.
• Execute license maintenance activities, including renewals, labeling updates, and CMC changes.
• Prepare and compile high‑quality regulatory dossiers in line with local regulations.
• Maintain regulatory systems, archives, and documentation for audit readiness.
• Follow up with health authorities, distributors, and internal stakeholders to secure timely approvals.
• Support labeling activities to keep product information compliant and up‑to‑date.
• Assist with regulatory compliance initiatives, audits, and continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline.
• 1‑2 years of experience in pharmacy, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, life sciences, or healthcare management.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer applications and regulatory submission systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory affairs processes and documentation requirements.
