Regulatory Compliance Manager – Prudential

About the role

Revolut is seeking a seasoned Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead the implementation of prudential regulatory frameworks across its operations in the United Arab Emirates. You will ensure that the company’s prudential practices remain fully compliant while shaping policies that support our fast‑moving digital finance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight of prudential compliance obligations across all business units.
• Maintain high‑quality regulatory mapping and conduct horizon scanning for relevant jurisdictions.
• Develop, challenge, and implement policies from the ground up.
• Design and deliver a company‑wide prudential training and competency programme.
• Review first‑line incident assessments to ensure effective remediation.
• Proactively identify regulatory issues and recommend practical solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in regulatory compliance within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• University degree in STEM, business, or finance.
• Strong knowledge of prudential‑related obligations such as DORA, outsourcing, PRA Handbook, TPRM, and CRR.
• Proven ability to conduct regulatory gap analysis and implement policy frameworks.
