Relationship Manager – Priority Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Priority Banking will lead client acquisition and deepen existing relationships for Emirates NBD's high‑net‑worth segment in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for meeting revenue targets across assets, liabilities, investments and insurance while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Priority Banking customers, managing their portfolios and driving business development.
• Identify and acquire new high‑value clients, collaborating with product specialists to tailor solutions.
• Cross‑sell banking, investment and insurance products to increase share of wallet.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations, AML policies and KYC requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records, assess risk tolerance and document all client interactions.
• Monitor client satisfaction, stay informed on market trends and provide timely feedback to the team.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience within financial services or banking.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of banking products and regulatory compliance.
