Relationship Manager – Residential Property Sales

About the role

A leading real estate developer in Dubai is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to drive residential property sales and build strong relationships with investors, high‑net‑worth individuals and end‑users. The role requires deep knowledge of the Dubai property market and a proven track record on the developer side.

Key responsibilities

• Drive direct sales of residential properties and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, HNWIs, end‑users and other high‑value clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through personal networks and direct client engagement.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and property presentations to negotiation and deal closure.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential and investment opportunities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and generate repeat/referral business.
• Stay informed about Dubai’s real‑estate market, trends, new developments and investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai real‑estate sales experience, with mandatory developer‑side exposure.
• Proven success in direct residential property sales and consistently meeting sales targets.
• Established network or experience working with investors, HNWIs and end‑users.
• Fluent in English and at least one of Russian, Turkish, Italian or Spanish.
• Currently based in the UAE.
