The Relationship Support Manager role supports corporate banking teams by handling administrative and operational tasks that keep banking services running smoothly. This position is ideal for highly organized individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional client service within a financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in managing a portfolio of corporate banking clients.
• Lead client onboarding and product setup, ensuring accurate system and account creation.
• Coordinate KYC documentation, refreshes, and AML compliance requirements.
• Assist with Enhanced Due Diligence, account screening, and risk‑related reviews.
• Maintain Salesforce records, monitor sales pipelines, and track business leads.
• Provide day‑to‑day client service, handle queries, and support deposit management activities.
• Prepare management information, client presentations, and materials for customer meetings.
• Support relationship planning, annual client reviews, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain a database of prospective corporate clients.

Required profile

• UAE National.
• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in managing client accounts and documentation.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in financial services.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
