Remittance Growth Executive - North Indian Community

About the role

The Remittance Growth Executive will lead du Pay’s digital remittance expansion among Hindi‑speaking North Indian expatriates in the UAE. Working on the ground, you will drive financial inclusion by turning community interactions into active app users and repeat money‑transfer customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage North Indian communities across labour accommodations, commercial clusters, mosques, sports grounds and local associations.
• Own the full customer journey: acquisition, KYC completion, wallet activation, first and subsequent remittance transactions.
• Reactivate dormant users and nurture repeat‑transaction behaviour.
• Maintain detailed territory plans for Sonapur, Muhaisnah, Al Quoz, Jebel Ali, Sharjah and Ajman labour clusters.
• Report progress and transaction volume to the Channel Lead and Remittance Lead.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of field‑sales or community‑growth experience, preferably in fintech or remittance services.
• Deep understanding of North Indian expatriate demographics, lifestyle patterns and community structures.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and convert them into measurable transaction growth.
