Remote Transformation Director – AI Presentation Projects

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to hire an experienced Transformation Director who will train a cutting‑edge language model on professional presentation and slide‑deck creation. The role is fully remote, part‑time and focuses on refining AI‑generated client deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Design, evaluate and improve AI‑generated presentation decks and slide decks for client proposals, transformation roadmaps and operating model briefs.
• Develop executive workshop materials, benchmarking exhibits and final report productions.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to embed best‑practice story‑lining, data‑exhibit formatting and slide craftsmanship into the model.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience at a top consulting, strategy or advisory practice (e.g., Big 4, Strategy&, EY‑Parthenon).
• Proven expertise in client deliverable structure, story‑lining and data‑exhibit design.
• Exceptional written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint slide creation and formatting.

What we offer

• Compensation of $80 per hour.
