Remote Vehicle Operator

About the role

As a Remote Vehicle Operator you will be the eyes and hands behind Moove's fleet, monitoring live vehicle operations and providing real‑time assistance to ensure every ride in Dubai is safe and efficient. This frontline position works on a rotating shift schedule to deliver 24/7 coverage for autonomous and manned vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live vehicle operations and respond to remote assistance requests in real time.
• Use the remote assistance platform to support vehicles according to operational protocols.
• Resolve issues independently and promptly escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate team lead.
• Track issue resolution through to closure and document findings.
• Identify patterns in vehicle behaviour or system performance and flag them for further analysis.
• Collect, organise, and summarise remote assistance system issues and feedback.
• Assist customer service specialists with user communications and follow‑up as needed.
• Support testing and feedback tasks related to remote assistance and customer service systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher; field of study unrestricted.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and standard digital tools, including email and internal platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Calm and composed under pressure with strong situational awareness.
• Fast learner able to quickly master new systems and procedures.
