Renewals Operations Executive

About the role

The Renewals Operations Executive manages the end‑to‑end renewal process for client trade licences, establishment cards, visas, immigration cards and other government‑related services in the UAE. The role works closely with clients, internal teams and government authorities to ensure renewals are accurate, timely and meet high customer‑service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full renewal lifecycle for trade licences, visas, establishment cards and immigration files.
• Monitor renewal due dates and proactively contact clients before expiry.
• Coordinate with Sales, Relationship Managers, Finance and PRO teams to ensure timely processing.
• Verify client documentation for compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare and submit renewal applications via government portals and free‑zone authorities.
• Track application progress, provide regular updates and follow up on pending documents, approvals and payments.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
• Resolve renewal‑related issues by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Prepare periodic reports on renewal status, pending cases and completion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in UAE business setup, corporate services or company formation.
• Strong understanding of UAE mainland, free‑zone and immigration renewal procedures.
• Experience handling government portals and renewal documentation.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and client‑relationship skills.
