Rental Sales Coordinator

About the role

VRS Technologies LLC is seeking a proactive Rental Sales Coordinator to support its audio‑visual (AV) rental business in Dubai. The role involves handling client enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries related to AV rental services and gather requirements.
• Prepare and submit detailed quotations and rental proposals.
• Follow up with clients on enquiries and quotations to drive conversion.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Technical teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Maintain and update the customer database and rental documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist in achieving sales targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in the AV rental or event rental industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent coordination and client follow‑up skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of AV equipment and rental solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer applications.
