Reporting Analyst Assistant

About the role

Arabian Private Holdings is seeking a Reporting Analyst Assistant to support a leading logistics client in Sharjah as it expands its operations. Working remotely, you will provide the data foundation that enables senior partners to deliver evidence‑based strategic advice.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and organize operational data from the logistics client to identify trends and expansion patterns.
• Draft concise weekly reports summarising project progress and highlighting potential risks.
• Assist in preparing briefing documents for principal meetings with client boards and stakeholders.
• Monitor sector news and regulatory changes affecting logistics and holding‑company landscapes.
• Verify the accuracy of financial and operational figures before inclusion in advisory documents.
• Maintain organized digital files for all ongoing mandates to ensure remote‑team accessibility.
• Support the development of governance frameworks by documenting current processes and suggesting simplifications.
• Collaborate with the team to refine internal databases used for benchmarking portfolio performance.

Required profile

• Strong written communication in plain English.
• Logical problem‑solving mindset with curiosity to explore beyond obvious answers.
• Familiarity with basic spreadsheet software and ability to organise large data sets.
• High attention to detail, especially when reviewing documents for factual errors.
• Self‑discipline to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
