Reservation Agent – Hotel

About the role

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. As a Reservations Agent you will accurately record and process reservations while proactively selling and up‑selling to maximize room sales, delivering the light and warmth of Hilton hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations, handling enquiries, bookings, amendments and cancellations to ensure a smooth experience.
• Identify opportunities to increase hotel revenue through proactive selling and up‑selling of room types, packages and offers.
• Review and process reservations carefully, confirming guest details, rates, preferences and special requirements.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing personalized service that reflects Hilton’s brand standards.
• Follow Hilton reservation procedures, credit policies and hotel guidelines while maintaining accurate records.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Demonstrates integrity and professionalism at all times.
• Works with a sense of urgency and discipline.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality, reservations or a similar role.
