Reservation Agent

About the role

Bâoli Dubai is a vibrant restaurant, poolside and nightlife venue seeking a proactive Reservation Agent. The role involves managing incoming bookings across phone, email and online channels, ensuring a smooth and accurate reservation experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation requests promptly via phone, email and online platforms.
• Enter and maintain guest booking details in the reservation system, verifying party size, timing and special requests.
• Confirm, modify and follow up on bookings, including handling deposits and cancellation policies.
• Communicate availability, table types and venue policies clearly to guests.
• Coordinate with the Reservation Supervisor and floor team on capacity, table allocation and peak‑period booking flow.
• Flag VIP, high‑priority or special‑occasion bookings to the Reservation Supervisor or Guest Relations Manager.
• Maintain accurate guest records and preferences within the system.
• Support administrative tasks related to reservation reporting and daily booking sheets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in reservations, guest services or a similar front‑of‑house role within hotels, restaurants or beach clubs.
• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy under high call/booking volume.
• Good English proficiency; Arabic, French or Russian is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Required skills
