About the role
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent you will welcome guests and reflect the high‑standard experience they expect when they arrive at the resort.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service.
- Ensure the best room selection for guests while maximizing revenue through up‑selling.
- Recommend property facilities, provide information and handle special requests.
- Book reservation requests, enter rooming lists and keep the reservation system updated with accurate information.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Reservations Agent in a 5‑star hotel or resort in the UAE.
- Guest‑focused personality with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Prior experience with the Opera property‑management system is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
