Reservations Agent – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Reservations Agent will handle all reservation enquiries for Aloft Abu Dhabi, providing service in Arabic and English. This full‑time position ensures guests receive accurate information and a seamless booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, changes and cancellations received via phone, fax or email.
• Identify guest needs, verify room availability and rates, and explain guarantee, special rate and cancellation policies.
• Enter reservation data accurately into the hotel’s reservation system, including special rates such as complimentary rooms, employee discounts and travel‑agent rates.
• Document and accommodate special requests, answer questions about hotel facilities and services, and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
• Escalate guest concerns according to company procedures and maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Provide courteous telephone etiquette, assist guests with disabilities and uphold the hotel’s appearance standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds.
