Reservations Agent

About the role

The Reservations Agent is the first point of contact for guests who wish to book rooms at Millennium Place Mirdif Hotel. You will deliver friendly, accurate service across phone, email and online channels, helping guests secure the best accommodation for their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email and the hotel’s booking platform.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on room availability, rates, hotel amenities and special packages.
• Process reservations accurately, verify guest details and payment information, and confirm bookings.
• Address guest questions and resolve any issues related to bookings or accommodations.
• Promote current offers, packages and discounts to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, room types and inventory management procedures.
• Assist with group bookings and coordinate with the reservations team to ensure optimal room allocation.
• Follow the hotel’s health, safety and environmental procedures in daily operations.
