Reservations Agent

About the role

The Reservations Agent will be the first point of contact for guests calling the resort, turning inquiries into confirmed bookings while embodying the brand’s values of connection, warmth, care, and empowerment. This role supports the Sales and Marketing team in driving revenue and enhancing the resort’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming reservation calls using the approved greeting and LQA script.
• Process reservation requests accurately in the property management system.
• Upsell rooms, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue.
• Provide detailed information on resort facilities, rates, availability, and special offers.
• Support the Sales and Marketing team in achieving revenue targets and KPI’s.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort amenities and services.

• Ability to convey the Rare Finds brand positioning effectively.
• Professional demeanor and ability to create a positive first impression.
• Attention to detail when entering reservation data.
