Reservations Agent

About the role

The Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Reservations Agent to join its Revenue Department. You will be part of a team that delivers luxury hospitality experiences, handling guest bookings and ensuring the highest standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily reservation accuracy and rate compliance across all segments and sources.
• Perform system close‑out and manage rate availability when required.
• Ensure client satisfaction while adhering to the hotel’s service standards.
• Follow internal credit policies and manage credit approvals.
• Follow up on lost business and communicate insights to department supervisors.
• Spot‑check reservations from the previous day and verify VIP arrivals.
• Conduct test calls and maintain LQA/IFH scores above 85%.
• Implement the internal upsell program for the Reservations department.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in a luxury hotel reservations role.
• Guest‑focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Team player who can work under pressure and act responsibly.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
