Reservations Agent

About the role

The Reservations Agent will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to book, modify, or cancel stays at our luxury property in Dubai. You will ensure accurate reservations, provide detailed information on rates and policies, and deliver a seamless booking experience that reflects the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
• Verify room availability, rates, and guarantee policies, and explain them to callers.
• Document special requests and accommodate guest needs, including disability assistance.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue and input correct codes for complimentary, employee, travel‑agent, and wholesale rates.
• Escalate guest concerns following proper procedures and maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and support quality‑assurance standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
