About the role
Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. As a Reservations Agent at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi you will turn guest inquiries into confirmed stays while delivering memorable experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to guest and team inquiries.
- Secure individual bookings and convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Maintain attention to detail by accurately recording and processing all reservations.
- Use proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales, promote hotel services and upgrades.
- Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and identifying potential leads for future business opportunities.
