Reservations Specialist – Premier Inn Hub

About the role

As a Reservations Specialist at Premier Inn's flagship hub in Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests booking their stays. You will deliver a seamless, end‑to‑end reservation experience, building rapport with repeat guests and supporting the hotel's sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails, adhering to brand standards.
• Create, modify and confirm reservations using the Opera PMS system.
• Generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate booking documentation and system rates.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth reservation flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a hotel reservation department of a branded property.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong guest‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Typing speed of at least 25 wpm.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRS systems.
• Experience using Opera PMS system.
• Competence in Windows MS Office Suite.
