Reservations Ticketing Agent

About the role

The Reservations Ticketing Agent will join SQTourism’s Dubai office to manage flight and hotel bookings, issue tickets, and ensure accurate reservation records. This full‑time, on‑site position supports both B2B and B2C clients by providing timely travel options and personalized recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle flight and hotel reservations, issue and modify tickets using reservation systems.
• Communicate with clients and partners to answer inquiries, present travel options, and recommend suitable itineraries.
• Process booking confirmations, cancellations, and changes while maintaining up‑to‑date records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and support sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven customer‑service experience, preferably in travel agencies, airlines or destination‑management companies.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of reservations and ticketing processes.
• Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or other booking platforms.
• Attention to detail, reliability and strong organizational abilities.
