Residences Concierge Supervisor

About the role

The Residences Concierge Supervisor leads the front‑desk and concierge team at Bulgari Hotel & Resort, Dubai, ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure. This full‑time position combines cash handling, guest services, and staff coaching to uphold the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Balance and drop receipts, count and secure the bank at the start and end of each shift.
• Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity and payment, assign rooms, and issue keys.
• Handle all payment types, vouchers, paid‑outs, and charge authorizations following accounting procedures.
• Enter and maintain guest accounts, including Marriott Rewards information and rate verification.
• Compile daily reports, cashier and closing reports, and maintain contingency lists.
• Respond to guest requests, provide property information, and ensure accessibility for guests with disabilities.
• Assist management with training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating team members.
• Report any theft or safety concerns to Loss Prevention and follow company safety policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel front‑desk or concierge operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong numerical aptitude for cash handling and accounting tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Ability to work long periods standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 lb.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety standards, and the hotel’s open‑door policy.
