About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Residences Lounge Assistant to join our team in Dubai. In this position you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests in our exclusive lounge, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Your dedication to service will help create memorable experiences for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents and guests with a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Assist with inquiries, reservations and requests for lounge services.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards of the lounge area.
• Prepare and serve light refreshments, beverages and snacks as needed.
• Monitor and replenish supplies, coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Support the setup of special events or gatherings in the lounge.
• Provide information on local attractions, dining options and hotel services.
• Record guest interactions, requests and feedback accurately.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep the work area tidy.
• Effective time‑management and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy for handling reservations and guest records.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and best practices.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer‑service roles preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lb.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest records.
