Residences Manager – Residential Services Lead

About the role

As the Residences Manager for Mama Shelter Dubai, you will be the central figure ensuring that long‑term residents enjoy a seamless, home‑like experience. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will lead a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for the overall quality of residential services.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily residential operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, maintenance requests and billing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, anticipating needs and delivering personalized service.
• Lead, coach and develop the residential services team comprising housekeeping, maintenance and concierge staff.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, rates, discounts and operational costs to support financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and brand standards across the residence.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in hospitality, serviced‑apartments or residential property management.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for creating a “home away from home”.
