Residential Properties Client Advisor – Commission Based (Saadiyat Island)

About the role

The Residential Properties Client Advisor works on‑site in Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, advising residential clients on property sales and leasing. This commission‑based, full‑time position guides clients through the entire transaction process, from the first inquiry to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell off‑plan properties to local and international clients.
• Identify client requirements, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Guide clients throughout the sales journey, from initial consultation to closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Listing, Leasing, Marketing and Mortgage to deliver a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in sales, business development or a target‑driven environment.
• Self‑motivated, persistent and results‑oriented.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or European) are highly preferred.
