About the role

As the Restaurant General Manager you will lead one of Hilton's hotel dining outlets, creating memorable experiences for every guest while driving operational excellence and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, overseeing guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls and budgeting.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by monitoring service, assessing satisfaction and continuously improving the dining offering.
• Inspire, coach and develop the team through performance evaluations, training and recognition.
• Drive revenue growth with innovative marketing, up‑selling techniques and promotional initiatives.
• Recruit, interview and onboard new talent to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
