About the role

As the Restaurant Manager for the All Day Dining, Pool & Beach outlet at Six Senses The Palm Dubai, you will lead the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences that align with Six Senses’ wellness and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the designated food and beverage outlets, including special events.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to LQA standards and Six Senses sustainability platforms.
• Drive service recovery initiatives and ensure swift resolution of guest complaints.
• Achieve budgeted revenue targets while controlling expenses, labor costs, and inventory security.
• Implement purchasing practices that meet nutrition and sustainability requirements.
• Continuously assess and innovate product and service offerings to stay relevant and innovative.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent; Hospitality Management degree or college diploma preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full‑service outlet within a luxury hotel.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
