Restaurant Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of Levantera’s dining venues in Palm West Beach, Dubai. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure high standards of service, sanitation and financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service staff, covering all shifts and stepping in during absences.
• Maintain service quality, hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with local regulations.
• Oversee staffing levels, scheduling and labor costs to meet operational and financial targets.
• Assist with menu planning, inventory control and cost‑control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and monitor responsible alcohol service.
• Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage a team, uphold service and sanitation standards, and achieve financial objectives.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
