Restaurant Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Luxury Collection is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead its dining operations in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the team works efficiently and adheres to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to provide seamless service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and overall presentation, correcting any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing the premises.
• Maintain organized storage areas, enforce FIFO practices, and ensure cleanliness.
• Conduct regular inventories, stock requisitions, and manage supply levels.
• Monitor dining room seating, service flow, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Create and follow work orders for maintenance and repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and employee coaching.
• Uphold company policies, safety procedures, and report any incidents.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and provide courteous service.

• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lb.
