Restaurant Manager – Enigma Restaurant & Q’s Bar

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of Enigma Restaurant & Q’s Bar at Palazzo Versace Dubai. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional food and beverage service, drive team performance, and maintain a vibrant guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant and bar operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise front‑of‑house and bar staff while managing labor costs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, handle guest complaints and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Control inventory levels, manage costs, minimize waste and negotiate with suppliers.
• Monitor daily revenue, prepare performance reports and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate entertainment programming, work with live performers and ensure licensing compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions, events and monitor online reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a restaurant or bar manager (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Solid knowledge of food‑and‑beverage operations, licensing laws and health‑safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and occasional late nights.
