About the role
Doner House is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead the outlet in Abu Dhabi. You will step in for the General Manager when needed, with a primary focus on people, culture, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Act as the point of contact in the GM’s absence, maintaining business continuity.
- Develop, train, and motivate a high‑performing team.
- Identify and implement innovative ways to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Foster a creative, happy, and collaborative working environment.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a full‑service restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication skills, able to thrive in a busy environment.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Required skills
- Experience managing restaurant operations.
- Ability to train and develop staff.
- Customer‑focused mindset.
