Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the dining operations at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, a luxury hotel delivering authentic Turkish hospitality. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving the restaurant’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control and quality assurance.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and service.
• Manage budgeting, cost control and revenue optimization.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold a clean, safe environment.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen to develop and update menus based on local tastes and trends.
• Implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve staff skills and service standards.
• Analyse sales data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Fluent English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
