About the role
Paramount Hotel Midtown is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead its Food & Beverage team in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence across the restaurant floor.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain high service standards.
- Drive revenue, productivity and profitability through effective management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless VIP and guest experiences.
- Coach, motivate and develop a diverse F&B team.
- Maintain organization, communication and operational follow‑through.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager role within hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage and restaurant operations.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Experience in a multicultural environment is an advantage.
- Mashgiach Certificate.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
