Key responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and foster a positive, high‑performance work environment.
• Oversee front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities to ensure smooth service.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop staff, implementing training programs.
• Interact with guests, address concerns, and enhance overall dining experiences.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through marketing initiatives.
• Supervise inventory management, ordering, and stock level maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, cleanliness, and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and passion for dining.
• Financial acumen with a focus on revenue growth.
• Ability to analyse data for informed decision‑making.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in the hospitality sector.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
