Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences and drive financial performance for our dining outlet in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintain food quality, hygiene standards and handle guest feedback promptly.
• Recruit, train, schedule and motivate a team of 15+ front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff, conduct briefings and performance reviews.
• Drive sales growth, manage P&L, monitor inventory, control costs and prepare regular sales and labor reports.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, HACCP, brand SOPs, maintain licenses, permits and staff certifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers, facilities and central teams for procurement and maintenance while upholding brand standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of restaurant management experience in UAE/GCC, preferably casual or QSR dining.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
• Fluent English; Hindi is an advantage.
• Guest‑obsessed, hands‑on attitude, able to work weekends/holidays; UAE driving licence a plus.
