About the role

Join the award‑winning hospitality team at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah as a Restaurant Reservation Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests seeking dining reservations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from the moment they call or email.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms with speed and accuracy.
• Assist guests in selecting suitable dining options based on preferences, party size, and special requirements.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to arrange seating and ensure timely service.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of menus, promotions, and special events.
• Handle cancellations and modifications professionally.
• Promote special events, seasonal menus, and dining promotions during reservation interactions.
• Collect guest feedback on reservation experience and relay to management.
• Assist with wait‑list management during peak hours and support emergency procedures when needed.

• Customer Service Training Certificate (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid Certification (advantageous).
