About the role

The Restaurant Reservation Agent manages reservations and guest interactions at Four Seasons Dubai at DIFC, a boutique‑style luxury hotel in the Dubai International Finance Centre. The role supports outlet revenue growth through sales initiatives and ensures a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage restaurant reservations, calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.
• Ensure reservation accuracy and oversee daily booking activities, including VIP arrivals.
• Build relationships with guests and identify new business opportunities.
• Support outlet revenue growth through sales initiatives and guest engagement.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, service quality, and assist with complaint resolution.
• Collaborate with operational teams and provide on‑the‑floor support during peak periods.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitors to support business performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
